Feel free to print and fill it out to bring with you to the river, but we will have agreement forms available for you in case you are unable to print this document out. All minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian need to make sure they bring this document with all fields filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian or they won’t be able to join us on the river, no exceptions!
