What to expect from our Washington Raft Guide Training

Our primary goal for this Washington raft guide training is to ensure that you have learned the specialized skills and developed the confidence necessary to captain a raft through technical whitewater. At the same time our experienced instructors will work hard to make sure that all of your river experiences are fun and exciting. We keep guide to participant ratios low to ensure that everyone gets the proper instruction and has ample hands-on opportunities. No previous experience is necessary, so this training is a great chance for Leavenworth, Everett and Seattle river rafting enthusiasts to step into professional river guiding.

The Wildwater River Guides' raft guide training takes place on the river and lasts all day. You will need to bring snacks, lunch and beverages for the whole day with you to every class.
